این مقاله سیاست حذف سریع انبار ویکی‌مدیا را در بر دارد و نحوه‌ی تقاضای حذف سریع و رسیدگی به آنها را شرح می‌دهد. این مقاله قوائد حق اثر و مجوز نشر را توضیح نمی‌دهد؛ برای این موارد به انبار:مجوز نشر مراجعه کنید.
معیارهای حذف سریع تنها مواردی را مشخص می‌کند که در آن مدیران از اجماع همه جانبه حمایت می‌کنند تا، به صلاحدید خود، بحث‌های حذف را دور بزنند و فوراً پرونده‌ها یا صفحات را حذف کنند، که به این معنی نیست که در شرایطی که راه حل ساده و بهتری برای ارائه وجود دارد مدیران «مجبور»اند آنها را حذف کنند. آنها فقط موارد مشخص شده در قوانین زیر را پوشش می‌دهند.
مدیران باید دقت داشته باشند که جز در موارد بدون شبهه اقدام به حذف نکنند. مواردی که دارای پیشینه‌ی حذف نشدن پس از گفتگو برای حدف هستند، مگر در صورت کشف نقض حقوق نشر، نباید حذف سریع شوند. کاربران گاهی صفحه‌ای در چند مرحله تکمیل می‌کنند. پس سرپرستان نباید صفحات تازه‌سازی را که ناقص به نظر می‌رسند حذف کنند. بنا بر توافق عمومی، سازندگان و توسعه‌دهندگان عمده‌ی هر صفحه یا پرونده باید برای حذف سریع اخطار دریافت کنند. پس اگر صفحه‌ای را نامزد حذف سریع کردید، سازنده‌اش را مطلع کنید.
برای برچسب زدن صفحه برای حذف سریع، می‌توانید از {{speedydelete|<دلیل به صورت نثر>}} یا میانبر {{SD|<کد معیار مانند G۷ برای «درخواست نویسنده/آپلودکننده»، مشاهده فهرست>}} استفاده کنید.
دلایل عمومی
- G۱. صفحه آزمایشی، ایجاد تصادفی، یا صفحه‌ای که محتوای مزخرف یا محتوای نامعتبر دارد
- صفحه حاوی محتوای اضافی است که قبلاً برای آزمایش استفاده شده است، به طور تصادفی ایجاد شده است، یا حاوی محتوایی است که نامفهوم یا بی‌معنی است. این همچنین ممکن است شامل متنی باشد که در صفحات بحث قرار داده شده است (که تاریخچه دیگری ندارد) که کمکی نمی‌کند یا به صفحه مربوطه ارجاع نمی‌دهد.
- G۲. استفاده نشده و غیرقابل قبول، یا تغییرمسیر شکسته
- صفحه یک تغییرمسیر استفاده نشده و غیرقابل قبول، یا یک تغییرمسیر که مربوط به محتوای حذف شده یا ناموجود است. تغییرمسیرهای صفحهٔ بحث ایجاد شده به عنوان نتیجهٔ انتقال صفحه و تغییرمسیرهای فضای‌نام-مشترک ممکن است تحت این معیار حذف شوند.
- G۳. محتوایی که به عنوان خرابکاری، تهدید یا حمله در نظر گرفته شده است
- محتوایی که با قصد خرابکاری، یا با هدف تهدید، آزار و اذیت، یا حمله به فرد یا کاربر دیگر ارسال شده است. کاربرانی که چنین اعمالی را مرتکب می‌شوند، بسته به شدت محتوا، به طور موقت یا به طور دائمی مسدود می‌شوند. محتوای ارسال شده با هدف ایجاد/گسترش شوخی فریب‌آمیز نیز ممکن است تحت این معیار حذف شود.
- G۴. بازآفرینی محتوایی که قبلاً بر اساس اجماع جامعه حذف شده است
- صفحه یا پرونده با محتوایی مطابقت دارد که قبلاً بر اساس اجماع جامعه حذف شده است. تکرار مکرر بازآفرینی چنین محتوایی ممکن است منجر به مسدود شدن حساب کاربر شود. نویسنده یا آپلودکننده ممکن است از مدیر حذف بخواهد فایل را بازیابی کند یا درخواست احیا را ارسال کند.
- G۵. حذف موقت برای پاکسازی تاریخچه یا سرکوب بازبینی
- محتوا به طور موقت حذف شده است تا بازبینی‌های خاصی که حاوی خرابکاری، تهدید/حمله یا اطلاعات شخصی است رفع شود. همچنین ممکن است برای انجام ادغام یا تقسیم تاریخچه، محتوا به طور موقت حذف شده باشد.
- G۶. تعمیر و نگهداری بدون بحث
- محتوا به طور موقت حذف شده است تا راهی برای جابجایی صفحه یا سایر کارهای تعمیر و نگهداری بدون بحث که نیاز به حذف موقت یا دائمی دارد ایجاد کند.
- G۷. درخواست حذف نویسنده یا آپلودکننده
- نویسنده اصلی یا آپلودکننده درخواست حذف محتوای استفاده نشده اخیراً ایجاد شده (<۷ روز) را دارد. برای درخواست‌های نویسنده/آپلودکننده برای حذف محتوای قدیمی‌تر[1]، باید به جای آن درخواست حذف ثبت شود.
- G۸. صفحه وابسته به محتوای حذف شده یا ناموجود است
- صفحه یا پرونده به محتوایی وابسته است که حذف شده یا دیگر وجود ندارد، مانند صفحات بحث یتیم بدون محتوای مفید، زیرصفحه‌های بدون صفحهٔ مادر و غیره. این معیار فقط برای محتوای داخل ویکی‌مدیا اعمال می‌شود و برای محتوای خارجی (یعنی منبع حذف‌شده) اعمال نمی‌شود.
- G۹. اقدام اداری
- معیار مخصوص اقدامات اداری است. دفتر بنیاد ویکی‌مدیا این حق را برای خود محفوظ می‌دارد که در شرایط موارد استثنایی، سریعاً مطالب را به‌طور موقت یا دائم حذف کند. هیچ مدیری نمی‌تواند محتوایی را با استناد به این معیار حذف کند، مگر اینکه رسماً بخشی از کارکنان ویکی‌مدیا باشد. حذف‌هایی از این نوع نباید بدون اجازه بنیاد لغو شوند.
- G۱۰. پرونده‌ها و صفحات ایجاد شده به عنوان تبلیغات
- این فقط شامل محتوای بارگذاری شده برای تبلیغ کالاها و خدمات، خارج از محدودهٔ پروژه ما است. پرونده‌هایی که تبلیغات معاصر یا تاریخی را به تصویر می‌کشند تحت این معیار قرار نمی‌گیرند.
- G۱۱. نقض آشکار حق نشر متن
- صفحه حاوی متن دارای حق نشر از صفحات وب یا اسناد بدون مجوز است.
فضای‌نام-ویژه
(نگارخانه)
- GA۱. نگارخانه بدون تصاویر یا پرونده‌های رسانه‌ای دیگر
- صفحات فضای‌اصلی (نگارخانه‌ها) که خالی هستند یا محتوای مفیدی ندارند، مانند صفحاتی که دارای متن هستند اما بدون تصویر یا رسانه‌های دیگر.
- GA۲. کاربر قصد ایجاد محتوای دانشنامه‌ای را داشت
- Page intended to be an encyclopedic article. Articles and biographies belong to the Wikipedia projects, and are out of Commons's project scope.
رده
- C1. Improperly named category
Categories with incorrect names may be speedily deleted after their contents have been moved to a properly named category. If the old category name is also correct, a redirect should be left in place.
- C2. Unuseful empty category
- If a category is empty and is obviously unusable, unlikely to be ever meaningfully used, it may be speedily deleted. Don't apply if the page is marked with an explanation of why it should be kept or if the deletion can be controversial, the category was recently unconsensually emptied, etc. Consider redirecting or renaming the category rather than deleting it.

- COM1. Improperly filed or routinely emptied deletion request or log
- This includes Deletion Requests (DRs) that are corrupted or incorrect and cannot be fixed, or redundant DRs for pages that are eligible for speedy deletion; this requires either formally closing the DR in order to both close the DR and have the bot remove it from the log, or deleting the DR page and removing the daily log entry. Deletion logs are also routinely emptied as discussions are closed, when empty they may be deleted immediately. Note that this does not apply to DR archives, which are separate from the working logs.

- F1. Clear copyright violation
- Content is a clear copyright violation, with evidence that no Commons-compatible licensing has been issued by the copyright holder. This does not apply whenever there is a reasonable possibility of discovering that the work is public domain through further research or a plausible argument that it is below the threshold of originality. Repeated uploading of non-free material may lead to the uploading user's account being temporarily or permanently blocked.
- F2. Fair use content
- Fair use content. Such content is not allowed on Wikimedia Commons and is subjected to speedy deletion.
- F3. Derivative work of non-free content
- Derivative works based on non-free content (such as screenshots of non-free content). This does not apply to photographs taken in a public place, though the photograph itself remains subject to the other speedy criteria if its authorship is in question. Given the complexity of copyright rules like freedom of panorama and de minimis, it is best for such issues to be resolved in a formal deletion request.
- F4. Failed license review
- License review concluded that the recently uploaded content is based on a non-free license, disallowing commercial use and/or derivative works. Files tagged by VRT Reviewers as having insufficient permission, or files tagged with OTRS pending for over 30 days, may also be speedily deleted under this criterion.
- F5. Missing essential information
- The file is missing essential information, such as a license, permission, or source. Such content may be given a grace period of seven days (since tagging) before being deleted.
- F6. License laundering
- Content uploaded via license laundering techniques is a copyright violation. Users uploading in such techniques may be subjected to their account being temporarily or permanently blocked.
- F7. File is empty, corrupt, or in a disallowed format
- Empty file pages are subject to speedy deletion, unless they are being used as redirects. The same is true for files that are corrupt or invalid when viewed in full resolution, or are in a disallowed format.
- F8. Exact or scaled-down duplicate
- The file is an exact or scaled-down duplicate of an older existing file. The generally accepted rule is to delete the newer duplicate, but that may not always be the case, such as when comparing between a user uploaded file, and a bot uploaded file. For very large files, however, it may be acceptable to have a scaled-down duplicate for accessibility reasons.
- F9. Embedded data
- The file contains additional embedded data in the form of a password protected archive.
- F10. Personal photos by non-contributors
- Low-to-medium quality selfies and other personal images of or by users who have no constructive global contributions.[2]

A recently created template that duplicates an existing older template.
- T2. Unused template
- Unused templates (except maintenance/project templates that are substituted), are subjected to speedy deletion.

- U1. User requested deletion in own user space
- User requested deletion of their own user page or user-subpage. User pages that are blanked by the user may also be deleted under this criterion.
- U2. User page of a non-existent user
- User space of non-existent user. Redirects may be created (and protected) for those user names of which the account was renamed.
- U3. Inappropriate use of user pages
- Inappropriate use of user pages. These include user pages that contain purely advertising or promotional material, or those that are created with the intention of harassment or attack. Those that contain gibberish or unrecognisable content may also be deleted under this criterion.
